2016-2017 Community Outreach Program Series
The Curriculum, Instruction & Assessment Department is again offering free presentations for parents and guardians throughout the 2016-2017 school year on the topic of children's well-being.
The district’s free Wellbeing Series for parents, guardians and the general adult public continues on Tuesday, March 14 with author Johanna Kandel, who will address the audience on "Life Beyond Your Eating Disorder." The program will take place at George Washington Middle School Auditorium, 155 Washington Place, Ridgewood, from 7-9 p.m.
Ms. Kandel is an author, advocate and Founder of the Alliance for Eating Disorder Awareness. She will offer help tips for breaking free from eating disorders.

The following month, on March 14, district Director of Special Programs Dr. Kim Buxenbaum will speak on "Least Restrictive Programs in the Ridgewood Public Schools." This program will take place at the Education Center, 49 Cottage Place, from 7-9 p.m. Click here for more information on this program.
